What is Kortecx?
Kortecx is an AI company built in India. You bring an idea, a use case or a workflow in your own words, and Kortecx builds it into apps and automations that keep getting better with AI, from a single user to the whole enterprise. We call it engineering intelligence.
What is Vitarka?
Vitarka is Kortecx's own frontier model, coming soon, with specialist models for agentic work and voice. Today, Apps run on Kortecx hosted models or on your own provider. See models.
How do you spell Kortecx?

Can we use Kortecx today?
Kortecx is in preview for invited teams. Join the waitlist from the box on the home page, or talk to us.
Which languages does it understand?
Apps are built in English, in preview. Speaking in an Indic language, turned into English by speech recognition, is coming soon, and so is text back in your language. Code and scripts stay in English.
What kinds of App can it build?
Scheduled (on an interval), Hosted (its own website), Custom (a model hosted as your own endpoint: text in, text out, no tools; pictures, voice and video coming soon) and Mobile (Android; iOS coming soon).
Do Hosted and Mobile Apps carry tools or connectors?
No. They connect to Kortecx, and a Hosted App reaches tools and models through Kortecx; connectors, and Mobile Apps reaching any of them, are coming soon.
Which connectors are there?
Any MCP server you register as your own, in preview. Gmail, Slack, Discord, Notion and many more are coming soon.
Can we use our own model provider?
Yes. Add your own key for a provider on our approved list; you can test it before you use it. Or run on Kortecx hosted models with nothing to set up.
What happens if a run stops halfway?
A retry picks up where it stopped. Work that already reached the outside world, a message sent or a row written, is not done again.
What waits for a person?
Anything that cannot be taken back, on a run that asks for approval. The run holds before that step until someone approves or denies it, and the decision is recorded.
How do people and tools reach a hub?
In plain language (in preview), over MCP with one-hour keys that are off by default (in preview), and from your own code with the Kortecx SDK (coming soon).
What does installing from the marketplace share?
You get your own copy in your own account. It reaches nothing its publisher chose; adding your own credentials to it is coming soon.
